Can I change or cancel my order once it has been placed?
We want you to enjoy your items as soon as you can! Therefore, we would be unable to change or cancel an order once it has been placed.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes! We ship worldwide. However, customs charges may apply in your country which would be charged to you by your postal service upon arrival in your country.

 

How long will my order take to arrive?

After your order has been processed, please allow 1-3 weeks for shipping (varies by location). We will send you a confirmation email with your tracking number once your package has been sent! 

(However, *PLEASE* make sure your shipping address information is entirely correct to ensure a faster, safer delivery!)

 

Refund Policy

Your satisfaction is our long-term pursuit and concern. Once your package has arrived, we encourage you to open and check to make sure that the items that we made meet your requirement. Try your items as soon as possible without removing the tags, altering, or washing if applicable. 

If you are not 100% satisfied with the quality of your purchase, you can return or exchange your undamaged/unaltered items within 3 days from the delivered date. Shipping cost will be shouldered by the buyer.

Please note, we only accept full returns on unused, undamaged product that has its original packaging intact. Products negligently packaged and returned damaged will be subject to a reduction of refund or no refund at all. 

Returns 
Our policy lasts 3 days from date of receipt. Once the period passes, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. We require photographs or videos demonstrating the problem. It is to be sent to us via email. If you can't prove the problem then we will not issue a refund or replacement.

Additional non-returnable items: Gift cards Some health and personal care items 

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. Instead ask us for the return address. Shipping cost will be shouldered by the buyer.


There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)

Any item not in its original condition is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error

Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery

Refunds (if applicable) 
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 24 to 72 hours.

Sale items (if applicable) 
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately discounted items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable) 
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@actvwatches.com before you send the item back.
